We market, show, and screen aggressively to lease your property within 7 days of going live. Until it's leased, you pay no management fee — our fee is a percentage of rent collected, so we only earn when you do.
Cancel Anytime

Pricing questions
Is the 10% really the whole fee?+
The 10% covers everything on the included list — marketing, screening, leases, rent collection, maintenance coordination, licensing, and compliance. It's charged only on rent actually collected, so a vacant month costs you nothing in management fees.
Do you mark up maintenance?+
No. Vendors bill at their rate; you see the invoices. Our fee is the flat percentage — that's the whole business model.
What about tenant-placement-only pricing?+
Placement-only service (we fill it, you manage it) is quoted with your free rental analysis, since it varies by property and market. If you upgrade to full management later, the placement fee is credited toward it.
